My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The location is really close to Disney, which is a huge plus, but the customer service and room conditions left much to be desired. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that my originally booked room wasn’t available, and the alternative options were far from acceptable. Overall, it's not a place I would return to given the poor service and condition of the facilities.

Overall, the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were clean and offered great amenities, making my stay comfortable. However, I experienced a significant issue with power outages that led to an extremely frustrating situation, particularly for a family with a young child. The staff's response felt inadequate in addressing the power loss, overshadowing some of the more positive aspects like the organized transfers to Disney parks. The affordability of the hotel is a plus, but the lack of proper service during a crisis was disappointing.
